Participant Protocol (n=148)

Subjects aged 24–65 presenting with non-clinical chronic nighttime sleep complaints. Baseline polysomnography established over 14 days prior to randomized double-blind administration of either Lull formula or identical excipient placebo nightly.

Safety & Non-Habituation

Upon cessation on Day 60, zero rebound insomnia or dependency symptoms were reported across all primary outcome metrics. Re-evaluated at Day 75 with sustained improvements in autonomic sleep regulation.
