Terms of Service.

Please review these terms carefully prior to completing any purchase or utilizing our digital circadian wellness services.

1. General Terms of Sale

By purchasing products from Lull Sleep Inc. (“Lull”, “we”, “us”), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to enter binding agreements.

2. Health & Dietary Supplement Disclaimers

FDA Compliance Notice: Statements regarding Lull products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are dietary supplements formulated with chelated minerals and botanicals; they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or sleep disorder (such as obstructive sleep apnea). Consult your physician before beginning any new supplement regimen if pregnant, nursing, or taking prescription sedatives.

3. The 60-Night Sleep Trial Guarantee

All first-time single purchases and initial subscription orders qualify for our 60-Night Sleep Trial. If after trying Lull for up to two full months you are not thoroughly satisfied with the depth of your rest, contact us at help@lullsleep.com to request a 100% refund of the purchase price. We do not require return shipping of opened product containers.

4. Subscription & Auto-Replenishment

Subscribers receive an ongoing 20% discount and free standard shipping. By initiating a recurring subscription, you authorize Lull to automatically bill your designated payment method according to your chosen cadence (e.g. every 30, 45, or 60 days). You may skip a delivery, pause, adjust your flavor, or cancel your subscription at any time without fee or penalty via our online subscriber portal or by contacting customer concierge.

5. Shipping, Title & Loss

Title and risk of loss for all items transfer to the purchaser upon carrier hand-off. Lull offsets 100% of carbon emissions for all parcels via certified verified environmental projects.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
